Cerritos, CA – November 8, 2004 – Corelis, Inc. today introduced the first desktop boundary-scan testing system that integrates support for analog test measurements. Corelis’ ScanPlus Runner with ETF™ combines digital and analog testing into a single, low-cost, easy-to-use system for design and production test engineers.

Corelis’ industry-leading ScanPlus Runner tool has been enhanced to meet the needs of customers who have mixed digital and analog designs and need a cost-effective way to capture both digital and analog test measurements. ScanPlus Runner with ETF™ has been specifically designed to integrate with plug-in analog test and measurement instruments, including DMMs and relay matrix switches.

ScanPlus Runner with ETF™ support is now available on all new orders for a price of $5,950. It is fully compatible with all ScanPlus and ScanExpress software. Existing ScanPlus Runners customers with a current software maintenance agreement can upgrade their software to support ETF™ for no additional charge.
