ICT Solutions, Inc., Joins Corelis’ Value Added Partner (VAP) program

ICT Solutions will offer ScanPlus boundary-scan test and in-system programming
services and integrate boundary-scan with functional and in-circuit testing.

Cerritos, California, and Salem, NH, November 15, 2002 -- ICT Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of high quality, “turn-key” in-circuit test development solutions, today announced that they have become a “Value Added Partner” (VAP) for Corelis, Inc. The Value Added Partner (VAP) program was initiated by Corelis to combine their expertise in test strategies and boundary-scan implementation techniques with third parties that have extensive experience with in-circuit test (ICT) and other electronic test techniques. The VAP program helps electronics manufacturers with the rapid development and deployment of complete test systems by migrating resources and talents from a large and varied group of experts from within the electronic test industry.

To qualify for the Corelis Value Added Partner program, ICT Solutions had to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of boundary-scan principles and demonstrate how these principles are incorporated into complete test scenarios from within the manufacturing environment. In addition, companies that become VAPs must exhibit exceptional proficiency with the Corelis ScanPlus system.
