as President and Chief Executive Officer

The appointment of George B. La Fever as Corelis President and CEO finalizes
the transition of Corelis, Inc. into EWA Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary
of the EWA corporate family of high technology companies.

Cerritos, CA May 2, 2008 – Corelis Inc., a worldwide provider of Boundary-Scan Testing, In-System Programming and JTAG Emulation products announced that Mr. George B. La Fever, a former senior EWA executive, will assume the responsibilities of President and CEO of Corelis, Inc. Corelis is a global leader in the growing market for JTAG-based test equipment and development tools for embedded applications used by the developers and manufacturers of complex electronics products.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. La Fever served as Corelis Vice President for the past two years. Mr. La Fever holds an MBA from Boston University. His executive team is comprised of: Mr. Carmy Yellin, Senior Vice President of Engineering; Ms. Anita Pawlak, Vice President of Operations; Mr. Andrew Levy, Director of Business Development; Mr. David Shapiro, Director, Marketing; Mr. David Kalaidjian, Director of Sales; and Mr. Harrison Miles, Product Manager, Boundary-Scan.
